Welcome to my house

Welcome to my house

Hello people from the future (me from the future). Today I woke up excited to be alive.

I have always dreamed of waking up on a random day of the week and go to the beach.
Today was that day. I woke up with a song in my head, and I was just happy.
I told my husband "vamos!" we made coffee, grabbed some stuff and drove to the beach. What a great time we had! Me and Maria played with the waves, run around, and Kaleb was fishing some seaweed.
After that, I took my chicks babies outside, and watched them for a little bit.
How adorable are they??
Angel is the smallest one in size, but the bravest for sure.
Chicken Alfredo A.K.A "Frida" is the biggest in size.
Channel is brown and you can see her in the video dusting herself, or at least trying to.
Lucy and Lizzy are also brown, and surprisingly I can tell who is who.
While they were hanging out, I was spray painting some containers to start propagating cactus and succulents.
It was such a nice sunny day, I just hang out in swimsuit.

For lunch we went to get meat from a local butcher shop
"Best Choice Meats, Inc. ensures the best quality meats for you and your family. Raised, fed, and handled with humane practices and environmental impacts considered, are most important to us when selecting meats for our customers and family"

This butcher shop caught our attention because of their mission and sustainable practices.

After we got home, I prepared an amazing red sauce with sausage and pieces of beef.

I appreciate quality food, and purposeful eating. I enjoyed making this meal so much, especially because we have not been eating meat at home at all!

An afternoon well spent with my hubby, a night of conversation and inspiration.

This was an insight of what a regular day in the LeFevra's home looks like.

Today I am thankful for:
  1. Hope
  2. The beach
  3. My family's health
